OriginDB does not require registration or login. We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (page views, session duration, device type, browser info, approximate location via IP) to improve the site experience. No personally identifiable information is collected by default. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses for security and CDN delivery. NitroPay may collect device identifiers for ad delivery.

We use essential cookies for site operation (language preference). Google Analytics sets cookies to track usage statistics. NitroPay and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies for personalized or non-personalized advertising. Some features (language preference, dismissed notices, UI state) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. We do not use IndexedDB or other persistent storage mechanisms.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete your data, opt out of data sharing, or file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we do not directly collect personal data, there is typically nothing to request from us directly. For EU/EEA users, our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (analytics, security, essential delivery) and consent for non-essential advertising where required. We will post changes to this policy on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. This policy does not cover third-party services' data handling.

We use Cloudflare to protect our site and improve loading speed. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses and uses necessary cookies for bot detection and security. Data processed by Cloudflare is subject to their privacy policy and may be transferred globally. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We partner with NitroPay to display advertisements. NitroPay and its ad partners may collect data including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, and browsing behavior to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. This may include personalized advertising based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads through NitroPay's privacy center, your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android), or browser settings.
